Job Role & Responsibilities
The successful applicant will be joining our team of talented stylists, supporting one another to the best of their ability to ensure a consistently high level of service is provided to our loyal client base throughout.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and identify their preferences by asking pointed questions
- Apply a wide range of hair coloring techniques
- Manage bookings, book telephone appointment and serve walk-ins
- Ensure tidiness of salon & work stations at all times
Skills and experience
- NVQ Level 1 & 2, minimum 3 years
- Must have prior salon experience
- Own client base preferred, but not essential
- Good team player
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Engaging personality
- The ability to deliver an excellent level of service
- Self-motivated
